When will this fabulous site be up and running?

E-commerce has been postponed until 2012.

You’ve been telling me the site will open “any day now” FOREVER!  Why is it taking so long?!!!

Several reasons actually, all of which are unimpressive but mildly amusing.  The first is the fact that I birthed three little ones in the past five years and I have a tendency to seriously overestimate the amount of hours I will have in a day.  In my mind my children will require five hours of attention and my jewelry will get TEN!  YES!  Does this ever happen?  No it does not, especially with those other pesky tasks like cooking and bathing and ensuring there will be clothes to wear the next day.  Other reasons include things I love that take my attention away such as Zumba, farmers markets, hot pot dining, that month i wrote a gazillion yelp reviews and sleep.  AH, if only I could eliminate that last one I would be RICH.  Also, now that craft fair season is upon us the simple act of replenishing my glittering goods takes up every free second I have.  I’ve even cut down Zumba to once a week and bathing to bi-weekly, JUST KIDDING (about the bathing)!  Though it has crossed my mind…  As much as I would loves to make a gazillion dollars selling my baubles from the comfort of my home, this is just how it has to be right now.  The moral of the story is to come see me at a craft fair, it will be a good time.
